Investiture Location
The site of the investiture is Saint John Episcopal Church, 1525 H St NW, Washington, DC 20005. Called the "Church of the Presidents," every sitting president has attended the church at least once since it was built in 1816, starting with James Madison. With the exception of Richard Nixon, every president since Franklin D. Roosevelt has attended spiritual services on Inauguration Day, many at St. John's. Gala Dinner Location
The gala dinner is located at the Army and Navy Club, 901 17th St NW, Washington, DC 20006. The Club is one of the tallest buildings in Washington, and is one of the oldest private libraries in the District of Columbia. October 8, Saturday:
10:30 AM: Brunch at Old Ebbitt Grill (675 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005). Departing from hotel lobby at 10:15.

Ceremony ends at 3:30 PM; Photos to follow in Church and in Lafayette Park.

6:00-9:00 PM: Gala Reception and Dinner at Army and Navy Club (901 17th St NW, Washington, DC 20006).
